All Rezoni products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects. Extended protection plans are available for purchase at checkout.
How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Please note that opened software or hygiene-sensitive items may be subject to restrictions.

Are your products brand new or refurbished?
Rezoni primarily sells brand-new, factory-sealed electronics. If a product is 'Open Box' or 'Refurbished,' it will be clearly labeled on the product page and will have passed a rigorous 50-point quality inspection.
